Read Before Buy

1. Refund is offered only if you have made a mistake in the purchase. If you have made the purchase but not activated the software as yet, you may request for a refund. No refund request will be accepted after software has been activated.
2. If our software fails to recover your data or repair your file and email, then please contact our support staff. The support staff will analyze your file(s) in our Data Recovery Labs or by the method of remote connectivity. If they are unable to repair your file then the full purchase amount will be credited to your credit card. Refund is strictly based on the method if they fails to provide full assistance.
3. Data Recovery assurance: This is a try and then buy facility. Please download trial and try it. If you are assured of its capability, then make the purchase of the working software. Due to condition of the disk, data loss intensity, overwriting of actual data, results may vary from the trial and working software.
4. Trial Version of Software does not have the file saving option. It is recommended to un-install the trial software before installing the working software.
5. After you have made the purchase we will be sent an email having the Download Link, Login ID and Password within 24 hours (Due to difference in Time Zone).
6. Software has to be installed on a working MS Windows based PC only. You may perform data recovery from unlimited number of disk (connect as slave/secondary) from this computer for a period of one year from the date of installation.
7. Personal License is for personal use and is not to be used for commercial benefits. Purchase commercial license of the software to perform commercial activities.
8. You may use the software as per the license agreement displayed at the time of installation.
9. Limitation of Liability: Under no circumstances and under no legal theory, contract or otherwise, shall Unistal Systems Pvt. Ltd. be liable to you or any other person for any indirect, special incidental, or consequential damages of any character including, damages for loss of goodwill, work stoppage, loss or damage of material during transit, computer failure, or for any and all other damages or losses.
